The UK Property Awards 2017-2018 was presented at the Royal Lancaster Hotel London on 27th October 2017, recognising companies in categories ranging from across property development and real estate to interior design and architecture.
Our luxurious Broad Walk project was awarded the Five-Star accolade within the Interior Design Private Residence category and was chosen from over 200 entries spread across the UK regions. We’re delighted to have won this prestigious award, particularly in such a competitive category and are extremely proud and honoured by the appreciation of our work and to be acknowledged amongst our peers.
Award-winning luxury house interior design
Broad Walk is a luxurious family home that is grand yet welcoming. The owners of this impressive, modern new-build lovingly rebuilt it over a period of 6 years. They felt enormously proud of the outcome of the build and felt reluctant to furnish the property with bold finishes that might detract from the stunning interior architectural backdrop.
However, they soon realised that the stark and minimalist interior proved too clinical and did not represent their personalities or lifestyle. They longed for a space that felt like home. We transformed their design vision into a beautiful home with a considered interior scheme that is sophisticated and elegant yet warm and welcoming.
