We were delighted to the National Award for Best Interior Design Apartment UK at the 2014 International Property Awards, held at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, London, on 24th October 2014.
These awards acknowledge the design of a duplex penthouse apartment project in Rose Square, The Bromptons, London which was completed in April 2014. We were thrilled with this fantastic achievement as award entries are subject to a stringent vetting procedure, with only six per category, per county or region and entries being subject to a rigorous judging process. This is the second time that we have had the honour of winning both the UK and London awards at the International Property Awards and is a testament to our hard-working and dedicated team.
High end interior design
The design of The Bromptons project is brought together harmoniously by several features connected to the architectural detail of the interior and exterior. These include the rich palette of duck egg blue hues contrasted by light wood to create a sense of glamour. The palette has been carefully chosen to form a backdrop to the use of rich materials like marble, glass, brass and bronze.
The layers of light allow for various ambient settings for each room, which beautifully highlight the materials and finishes to stunning effect. The colour palette and use of light wood, set against the classic contemporary furnishings and bespoke artwork all play their part in bringing the story of The Bromptons together.
