Primrose Hill

London

Set in the heart of Belsize Park, this family home offered plenty of space but needed to work harder for the way the homeowners actually lived. Following residual damage from a neighbouring fire, the owners chose to rethink the spaces they used most; from the busy lower-ground library and media room to the master suite and bathrooms. Our mission was to create a home that felt warmer, more personal and better suited to the nuances of their daily lives.

Our focus was on comfort, flow and everyday practicality, with dedicated room for the things that mattered most to them: art, books and the space to gather comfortably as a family.

We leaned into sumptuous details, using bespoke joinery, layered textures and a softer, more inviting palette to bring a sense of ease back into the home. We moved away from the standard layout to create something that feels grounded yet interesting.

The result is a contemporary space designed for real life—relaxed, adaptable and full of character. It is a home that doesn’t just look beautiful on the surface but functions as a sanctuary for a growing family, rooted in its history yet ready for its next chapter.
